ADEN LOVE addresses this open letter to the mayor:
Mr mayor,
A few questions for you.
1. How does it feel, being in a position of power, to incite racial disharmony?
2. Are you aware that white people fought for black freedom during the Apartheid era?
3. Are you aware that white people died because of their belief that all should be equal?
4. Are you under instructions from a higher power to stir the pot, or plot, to deliberately cause damage to the dream of a rainbow nation?
5. Is it your deliberate intention to create a civil war?

I speak as a citizen, born and bred in South Africa, who endured BOSS looking over my shoulder, was tear-gassed, and whose son was thrown to the ground, kicked in the dust and locked in a police cell, for protesting against the injustice of Apartheid, and who subsequently went into exile.
Last question – do you have the guts to answer the above questions honestly?
