Please allow me to complement Brian, Gerrie and the MCC team, especially Brian.
We faced a huge challenge in repairing a main water line at Clematis Court. There were different suggestions (some extreme) in order to solve the issue at hand. Due to the nature of the problem, it took longer for us to find the correct solution in order to do the final/permanent repair. Brian was brought in to do the repair. He faced several obstacles, even after the repairs were started.
He took ownership and never passed the buck in spite of the challenges. All work done, by all service providers involved, was done in a good, neat and professional manner.
Brian never complained, nor did he bring to my attention when some of the residents gave him a hard time. He never lost his cool and kept his friendliness.
Please take the time to recognise and thank all personnel involved, from the Clematis trustees. I will at any time recommend the services of Brian and MCC.
