Is this the new face of Kempton Park?
These guys downloaded some kind of root, apparently from Nigeria, on West Street. The cleaning process took place in the parking lot.
The remnants were lying there in bags the following day.
Next to this is a spare parts shop. I was told that cars were serviced in the parking bays and the oil gets dumped across the street next to a substation. I saw the oil spills.
The police were doing their rounds but passed as if it was the right thing to do.
In conclusion, may I ask what are the plans of the municipality to clean the streets of Kempton Park? Are they happy with this face?
