Post boxes are never open

I am writing this on behalf of my daughter. She has a post box at Kempton Park Post Office.

For the past three months she has been unable to get her post as the gates are always closed.

They don’t answer their phones or they are engaged. The box has been paid for but we are not getting any service.

I was here when she phoned this morning. They said they would be open at 9am but when we arrived at 9.30am, it was closed again.

What are we supposed to do? Our mail is piling up. We are wasting our time and petrol.

They should be reallocated to a shopping centre so we can have access to them.
