Parcel disappears at Post Office

'Until today I never got any feedback regarding this'

LIZETTE KGOMO writes:

Two months ago I ordered a blanket which was sent via the post office.

It was send on April 19 from Cape town and arrived in Germiston on April 21. From there it was sent to Kempton Park Post Office on April 22.

When I went to fetch my parcel they told me they never received it. I called the Germiston hub who told me it was sent to Kempton Park.

When I went back to Kempton, they still denied having my parcel. Most of the times when I called the phone just rang. I communicated with most of the people from post office via emails.

They told me this matter was under investigation. Until today I never got any feedback regarding this. How can a big parcel like this just disappear?

I write this letter because I want others to be aware of the crime that is happening at Kempton Park Post Office. They must think twice before they use this post office to send their valuable parcels because they will be stolen.
