Two hospitalised following last night’s truck crash on P91

The driver and passenger of the overturned articulated truck were transported to Arwyp Hospital for medical treatment.

Two people were injured in a truck crash at the intersection of the P91 and P38 last night, September 16.

Spokesperson for the City of Ekurhuleni, Zweli Dlamini said the truck was transporting recycling materials.

“The articulated truck lost control and overturned.

“Both the driver of the truck and passenger sustained injuries and were taken to Arwyp Hospital for medical attention,” said Dlamini.

The road was closed to facilitate clean up operations.
