Large parts of Kempton Park to be in the dark on Monday
Planned maintenance will take place from 08:00 resulting in a power being cut to Bonaero Park, Aston Manor and Nimrod Park and more.
Residents and businesses in Bonaero Park, Aston Manor and Nimrod Park will be without power on Monday, June 10.
Other areas that will be affected include parts of Kempton Park Extension 2 and Extension 4, parts of Glen Marais Extension 16 and Extension 41 including Botes Road, Dann Road, Monument Road and Fried Street.
Parts of Kempton Park agricultural holdings and Pomona Agricultural holdings will also be out.
This comes as technicians from the City of Ekurhuleni (CoE) plan to conduct maintenance of electrical components from 08:00 to 17:00.
Those affected are advised to treat electrical networks as live at all times while work is ongoing.
