Local police recover hijacked truck
They dispatched teams to the last know position of the truck and found three suspects offloading copper cables onto a Toyota Hilux bakkie.
Moto-Track control room received notification of a hijacking of one of their client’s trucks in the Phomolong area, Thembisa, on December 20.
They dispatched teams to the last know position of the truck and found three suspects offloading copper cables onto a Toyota Hilux bakkie.
The three suspects were apprehended with the assistance of the JMPD task team.

The recovered stolen goods had an estimated value of approximately R500 000.
The suspects were then transported to Rabie Ridge Police Station.
