Kempton SAPS embark on a crime awareness campaign

All Gender-Based Violence and Femicide (GBVF) cases needed to be reported and victims to seek professional help instead of taking each their lives.

The Kempton Park SAPS support head, Colonel Lesomo, recently held a crime awareness campaign in Kempton Park.

She was joined by finance and administration commander Lieutenant Colonel Dormehl and supply chain management commander Lieutenant Colonel Hlolani. Officers from support services also joined.

“The purpose of the awareness campaign was to show community members that the scourge of crime can only be combatted if they work well with the police and report cases immediately,” said Lesomo.
