Law enforcers launch operation to fight crime
Vispol Commander Colonel Mashalane briefed the members on being vigilant at all times and to look out for one another and insure that the community of Kempton Park feels safe during these festive.
The Kempton Park SAPS station commander Brigadier Lindani Ndlovu led a high-density operation in Avion Park, Kempton Park, on December 4.
He was joined by various community and police roleplayers, including members of the Ekurhuleni Task Team and the Youth Desk.
According to Sgt Dipuo Ditshego, the spokesperson for Kempton Park SAPS, they aimed to stop and search vehicles and pedestrians as well as conduct drug enforcement and second-hand goods compliance operations.
