Two wanted suspects arrested in Thembisa
The apprehended pair, was detained at Thembisa police station and they are expected to appear, at the Thembisa Magistrate’s Court soon.
Two male suspects were arrested by officers from the EMPD Community Liaison Unit (CLU) concerning pending cases against them, in Thembisa, on November 7.
The suspects are aged 25 and 31 years.
According to EMPD spokesperson Kelebogile Thepa, the officers engaged in an operation for wanted suspects, with registered criminal cases against the perpetrators.

The wanted suspects were involved in theft and assault.
Thepa said that when the officers received information, they searched for the suspects at three different locations and finally, located one suspect on Maokeng Street and the second one in Xubeni Section.
The apprehended pair was detained at Tembisa Police Station. They will appear in the Tembisa Magistrate’s Court.
