Melville Koppies Nature Reserve and Heritage Site was crowned the ‘preferred destination’ by the National Heritage Council (NHC), when it comes to heritage sites across the nation.

This honour befell the reserve on September 14, during a lavish ceremony at Cape Town’s Artscape Theatre.

“We entered the preferred destination category because it included the countless natural qualities that MK possesses in addition to the resources it provides for sustainable learning, research, and pleasure.
