Suspect arrested in Kempton for tampering with essential infrastructure

EMPD said the arrest was made during the operation when officers were tipped-off about a group of suspicious men.

EMPD spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Kelebogile Thepa said that as EMPD officers were patrolling Kempton Park, they received a call from a reliable source informing them about a group of suspicious individuals seen digging on the side of the road at the intersection of Zuurfontein and Plane roads.
