The Tembisa Magistrate’s Court sentenced Mokgale Khoza to 25 years in prison for the rape of a 13-year-old girl last September.
On September 9, the victim was on her way to Clayville Ext 45 at about 21:10 when Khoza confronted her.
He forced her to go with him to his residence in Ivory Park Ext 2.
Khoza took her inside, forcefully undressed and raped her.

The girl managed to escape and asked the community for assistance.
The police were called, and the accused was arrested.
The girl’s underwear was found inside his house.
Warrant Officer Lesetja Abram Tala connected all the dots to ensure justice was served.
