Yenze Foundation host 4th annual career expo

The day featured various speakers who shared their knowledge on different areas of expertise and empowered attendees with important information on their personal growth.

Yenze Foundation in partnership with AFM Church held its fourth annual career and entrepreneurship expo in Umfuyaneng Section in Thembisa on June 10.

According to event organiser, Kuaho Thulani, the day sought to inspire youth and showcase areas of opportunities for the youth.

“I have a passion for young people and seeing them grow to achieve their goals through education and entrepreneurship.

“I hope to see them impact the economy of the country positively. Since 2019, I have been organising and hosting this event youth month,” Thulani said.

“We invite different institutions of high learning to showcase different career fields on offer.”

Institutions such as Boston, Unisa and Damelin were present.

Matric learner and motivational speaker Siphosethu Banda said everyone can follow their personal choices.

“I want to inspire the youth and the community to do what their hearts tell them to do and to follow their dreams and believe in themselves. Stop with excuses because it’s time to fetch what is ours,” said Banda.
