For three days the Peermont Community Benefit Trust (PCBT) recently hosted a training and development workshop titled ‘Investment in Excellence’ for 12 school management team (SMT) members of the Tembisa Commerce and Entrepreneurship School of Specialisation with focus on Hospitality and Tourism (Tembisa SOS) at Emperors Palace.
The course, titled ‘Investment in Excellence’ was presented by Tumo Marabe of the Pacific Institute (PI) and was aimed at getting each attendee to understand and appreciate his/her unique personal contribution to the achievement of the required performance enhancements, both in their personal lives as well as their working lives.
