CoE makes call to all local choral music groups to submit entries for workshop

Workshops are part of the City’s programmes to commemorate the life and times of Tambo, who was also a chorister.

The City of Ekurhuleni invites all choral music groups to submit entries for this year’s edition of the two-day OR Tambo choral music workshop.

The workshops are part of the city’s programmes to commemorate the life and times of Tambo, who was also a chorister among some of his attributes.

The selection criteria to form part of the workshop include:

• Choral music group must be from the City of Ekurhuleni

• Groups must comprise at least 70% youth, 20% adults and 10% members living with a disability.

How to enter:

• Send in a music video between 1 and 3 minutes long

• Provide proof of residence

• Provide proof that the group is made up of stipulated groups (sworn statement)

The deadline for submitting entries is October 14 at 12:00.
