Ekurhuleni basketball academy on the grounds

Practices are held on weekdays and Saturdays. The court is located on 17th Avenue in JP Bezuidenhout Park.

Members of Edenvale Lions Basketball Academy (ELBA) were seen hard at work at Edenvale sports grounds on July 2 honing their skills.

The academy attracts players from Germiston, Kempton Park, Thembisa, Alexandra and the greater Johannesburg East area.

While honing in on their skills a player dribbles around the opposition during a Saturday pratice session at Elbas courts at Edenvale’s Sports Grounds.

It is one of the few basketball clubs in Ekurhuleni with its own court.

Practices are held during the week and on Saturdays at the court located at17th Avenue in JP Bezuidenhout Park.
