Ekurhuleni basket ballers hit the court

Practices are held during the week and on Saturdays at the court located at17th Avenue in JP Bezuidenhout Park.

Members of Edenvale Lions Basketball Academy were hard at work at Edenvale Sports Grounds honing their skills.

On July 2 members of the academy could be seen practising at the academy’s home court.

While honing in on their skills a player dribbles around the opposition during a Saturday pratice session at Elbas courts at Edenvale’s Sports Grounds.

 

The academy attracts players from Germiston, Kempton Park, Thembisa, Alexandra and the greater Johannesburg East area.

It is one of the few basketball clubs in Ekurhuleni with its own court.
