THE flyball team from Birch Acres Dog Training Club will give a demonstration at the Border Collie Rescue walk at Goldfields Kennel Club at Gillooly’s, Bedfordview, on July 2.
Four teams from the training club will take part in the demonstration.
So far 15 shelters (NPOs) are taking part in the walk.
Registration for the walk will open at 7am and events will finish at 1pm.
Other events for the day include stalls, raffles, the flyball competition at 9.30am, followed by dog dancing and a tunnel run.
Bring a donation of tinned dog food and get a raffle ticket. Do not forget drinking water for your dog.
Dogs must be on a leash at all times. The entry fee is R30 humans and R10 furry friends. All breeds are welcome.
