Debut album for Common Factor band

Tembisa’s artist Zenzi Mnisi featuring Common Factor band from Hospital View has released their first gospel album titled “Dimoni” meaning demon recently.

The album consists of twelve tracks. The leading songs in the album are Dimoni and Alfa and Omega.

The founder of the album Zenzi Mnisi said that the main message on the album is to encourage people to trust in God and know that He loves them all irrespective of the situations that they are faced with.

“It encourages people to accept God in their loves. Our mission is to spread the gospel and uplift people spiritually all over the world. We are also delivering the word of God through music,” she said.

Mnisi added that they are living in a century whereby some people are being controlled by demonic spirits to kill people including children who get abused and killed daily.

“People need to learn to start praying because God connects closely with those seek and speak to Him through prayers. I urge people to study the word of God,” she added.

When asked what is keeping their group together, she said that it is through prayer, respect, self-motivation and having willingness to achieve to set goals.

Common Factor band has twelve members, Nthabiseng Magongoa, Phindile Msiza, Buti Mabena, Nosipho Eland, Zandile Sithole, Jackie Pule, Mayanga Sithole, Joseph Tshabalala, Cyprian Khoza, Thomas Sibiya, Mxolisi Dlamini and Zenzi Mnisi. Asanda Thakatshana who was a thirteen member passed away after the album was recorded.

The CD is playing on radio stations and television.

The album was recorded at Downtown studios. It can be found at any music stores.

Community members are invited to the official launch of the album at Tersia King Hall at Hospital View on November 9.

The launch will start at 2pm till late.
