Seminar for novice Comrades athletes

A seminar for novice Comrades runners will be hosted by Bonitas on April 4 at 7pm at Irene Athletics Club, The Auditorium, Agricultural Research Council, Irene Campus, Olifantsfontein Road, Irene.

This informative session is specifically aimed at the first-time Comrades Marathon runner. A panel of experts in the fields of medicine, sport psychology, dietetics as well as the official Comrades coach will provide invaluable advice, answer questions and support newbies in terms of complete preparation for the race.
