Joburg’s Ticketpro Dome is set to feature this year’s hottest event, the Fire & Feast Meat Festival presented by Crown National, which gets fired up from June 8-10.
This year’s festival hosts a line-up of culturally diverse chefs, each chosen for their talent and expertise in taste and technique.
At Fire & Feast, there is something for every meat lover. Visit dedicated meat theatres for all you need to know about each speciality meat; The Sparta Beef Theatre, County Fair Poultry Theatre, The SAPPO Pork Tasting Room and The Lamb & Mutton SA Theatre. Sample the best quality meat, prepared in the best way, while the experts discuss the best cuts and preparations for every occasion.
The festival also includes a wine tasting area, gin bar, craft beer bar, live entertainment daily and a range of exhibitions.
Tickets at R100 adults, R80 pensioners and R20 children are available from Computicket or at the door.
