Two days of power interruptions ahead for parts of Kempton Park
The City of Ekurhuleni will be conducting maintenance work on October 16, and October 17. Here is a list of the affected areas.
Technicians from the City of Ekurhuleni will be conducting maintenance work on the electrical infrastructure in the Kempton Park area on Wednesday, October 16, and Thursday, October 17.
Work is expected to take place between 09:00 and 18:30.
While conducting work power will be switched off to both residential and industrial customers.
Areas to be affected on Wednesday, October 16 include:
- Birchleigh North
- Norkem Park Extention 3.
Areas to be affected on Thursday, October 17 include:
- Cresslawn
- Parts of Spartan including Forge Road, Plane Road, Steel Road, Kelvin Road, and surrounds
Customers are advised to treat electrical networks as live at all times while work is ongoing.
