Kempton Park police reach out to the public
Ditshego said such campaigns would be done regularly in all Kempton Park sectors to bring policing to the community rather than the community going to the police office.
To ease the pressure at Kempton Park Police Station, sector managers and officers took their community safety kiosk to Festival Mall on November 4.
The Gauteng crime prevention wardens and the CPF joined them.
According to Kempton Park SAPS spokesperson Sergeant Dipuo Ditshego, officers were at Festival Mall to help the community with certifications and the writing of affidavits.

Officers also participated in monitoring operations at the mall ahead of the festive season.
Ditshego said such campaigns will be done regularly in all Kempton Park sectors to bring policing to the community rather than community members going to the police office.
