Crocodile FC wins two matches over the weekend

Ten minutes into the second half, Hollywood Thunders' number five player scored to raise their confidence.

Following a 4-2 win against Super Rangers FC on February 4, Royal Crocodiles Football Club claimed victory again on February 5.

Playing against Jerry Skosana’s team, Hollywood Thunders, the team from Norkem Park claimed a 3-1 win at Square Two soccer field at Mehlareng, Thembisa.

It was a tough match as Royal FC fought for possession throughout the game, with an overall ball possession of 60%.

Scoring was opened by Royal Crocodile FC’s player Smosh just 19 minutes into the game.

Seven minutes after the first goal, Royal FC’s Kamo scored a second goal to send the Hollywood Thunders players into panic just before the halftime whistle.

Ten minutes into the second half, Hollywood Thunders’ number five player scored to raise their confidence.

However, Royal Crocodiles showed they were more prepared for this match as Khodani scored a third goal 10 minutes later.

No red cards were issued during the match but two yellow cards were shown on each side.

“Today’s game was very tough, tactically and physically, but it was expected. The opponents were very good technically and we knew that and that was expected, hence our preparations.

“I’m very pleased with the win, I’m happy for the boys, they showed grit and resilience and the win will set us up on the log against the top three in the league,” said the head coach of Royal Crocodile FC, Mpho Makgothlo.
