People who use the city’s health facilities are invited to participate in the 2022 PEC survey, which will be launched on July 7 at Esangweni Clinic in Thembisa.

The survey will kick off on July 11 and run until July 31.

Metro spokesperson, Zweli Dlamini, explained that the city’s health and social development department conducts the survey annually to improve the quality of service offered to residents.

“Field workers will lead the survey that will be conducted in line with the National Guideline on Patience Experience of Care Survey (Version2, Guideline for Patient Experience of Care 2022).
