Norkem Park Police Station closed due to positive Covid-19 case
Alternative arrangements have been made to keep the station operational
Norkem Park Police Station has been closed until further notice after an officer tested positive for Covid-19.
The station needs to be decontaminated before it can reopen for the public.

According to Norkem Park SAPS spokesperson Sgt Johanna Madiga all role players at the station, including the District of Ekurhuleni andProvincial Employee Health Wellness are operating from the detective offices on the corner of Mooirivier and Ebusi roads across Family Fitness.

Madiga said their regular services commenced at this location on Monday and will do so until further notice.
“The officer is asymptomatic and has been placed under quarantine for 14 days. He showed no signs of being ill and has no other underlying illnesses,” she assured.
