GAS Entertainment hosts two events in December

GAS Entertainment hosted the 2019 Taking It To The Beach Intimate Sessions at Ivory Park Kopanong Sports Grounds at Ivory Park Ext 15 on December 21.

The event was themed around bringing the beach to the heart of of the neighbourhood. Masses flocked to the venue despite the changing weather and enjoyed a cross-over night of fun and relaxation in their shorts, vests, and sandals.

Organiser Gift Mhlongo said the event is one of its kind in the neighbourhood. The main aim of the event was to bring the beach closer to people who could not go to coastal areas during the festive sessions.

“As GAS Entertainment, we aim to always bring people something different. With the love and support we always receive, we aim to go even better,” said Mhlongo.

“We always cater for local brands coming in. They come and showcase their products and we open space for stalls where vendors can come and sell their products, be it food or drinks.

“In this event, we looked at people’s profiles and selected the best entertainers to come and perform for us and the audience loved them,” added Mhlongo.

Gift Mhlongo and Tebu Mojela also hosted another event to close off 2019’s calendar. It was titled ‘The Shutdown of Twenty 19’ and was held at Letsoalo Street, on December 28.
