Kruinsig teams compete in super league

The union hopes to grow this league for next year and make it a annual event

THE first ever Gauteng East Term 4 Primary Schools Super League was played at the Gauteng East Complex in Lakeside, Benoni.

Sixteen teams from nine schools in the Kempton Park, Alberton, Boksburg, Benoni and Germiston areas participated.

The president of Gauteng East Tennis Association, Ken Smith, said: “We hope to grow this league for next year and make it a annual event. All players enjoyed themselves and played terrific tennis.”

Kempton Park was represented by Laerskool Kruinsig.

The results were:
