Resident thanks AfriForum for help after robbery

I would like to thank the guys from AfriForum who assisted us on the night of August 1 after a robbery at a house we were looking after while the owners were on holiday.
They were there within minutes after we called them when we saw from the outside that we had problems. They endangered their own lives to check the perimeters and clear the house.
Furthermore, they stayed on the scene while we waited for the police and afterwards Jan offered a lock to secure the house for the night. The following evening Cobus assisted us again together with Alro and PG to change the locks.
These guys do not get paid anything but they are assisting the community to make it a safer place to live in. They are the people that do patrols while we are all safe in our beds at night.
Also, a big thank you to Jan Vermaak who also helped.
I salute you all today.
