Pets up for adoption at the Kempton Park’s SPCA

The animal will go for sterilisation as soon as there is space at the vet after approval of the home inspection.

These are the steps to follow to adopt a pet at the Kempton Park SPCA:

1. Choose an animal and fall in love.

2. Complete the application to adopt the animal. Pay R200 (non-refundable) deposit. You need a copy of your ID and proof of residence.

3. The staff will inspect your application.

4. The adoption process may take up to seven working days to complete, and pre-homes are only conducted between 10:00 and 14:00; Monday to Friday.

5. On approval of the application and pre-home inspection, the balance of the adoption fee is payable.

6. The animal will go for sterilisation as soon as there is space at the vet after approval of the home inspection.

7. Take your fur-baby home.
