Benoni Flying Squad makes drug arrests
Five suspects were arrested when they were allegedly found in possession of drugs at Station Road and Wenden Avenue, Brakpan, 1st Street, Boksburg North as well as Bosch Street and North Rand Road, Kempton Park.
From May 18 to 21, Benoni Flying Squad members arrested seven suspects.

Five suspects were arrested when they were allegedly found in possession of drugs at Station Road and Wenden Avenue, Brakpan, 1st Street, Boksburg North as well as Bosch Street and North Rand Road, Kempton Park.
Nyaope, crystal methamphetamine and Mandrax were recovered in these separate incidents.
Additionally, a suspect wanted for malicious damage to property was arrested at Chris Hani Ext 2, Daveyton.

Officers further effected a warrant of arrest for an armed robbery case from Winburg in August 2022 when the suspect was traced to an address in 4th Avenue, Northmead, Benoni.
Investigation into all cases will continue.
The other suspects will appear in local magistrate’s courts soon.
