Road users are informed that due to the non-availability of specialised material required to fix the leaking pipeline on Barbara and Diesel roads in Isando, Kempton Park, the road closure is extended to the end of March.

The spokesperson for the City of Ekurhuleni, Zweli Dlamini, said that the municipality will work tirelessly to ensure the pipeline is fixed before the end of March.
He added that a section of Isando Road was closed to facilitate repairs to a water supply pipeline.
“Residents and motorists should take note of the closure at the intersection of Barbara and Diesel roads in Isando,” said Dlamini.
The city’s technicians started repairs on February 8, and it was estimated that the repairs would be completed by February 15.
