Introduce your tot to a healthy green monster smoothie

While a cup full of liquidised fruit and veggies might not sound like something your baby will enjoy, tots surprisingly love the green stuff.

Who would have known that toddlers love the green stuff? While a green veggie smoothie is not something you would ordinarily think of giving your child, it makes so much sense. In one serving, he’ll be gulping down broccoli, spinach, kale, celery, and cucumber. What mom doesn’t want her kid eating that?

  1. Slice and roughly chop your ingredients, and throw into a blender with any of the liquid options below:
  2. To thin and blend: liquid ½ cup – 1 cup
  3. You need a liquid to help blend the mixture. Start with ½ a cup and add more as needed, depending on how thin or thick you want it.
