  • Make mealtime fun and exciting. Let your child prepare fruits and vegetables while you do something else.
  • Give your child a glass of NESTLÉ NESPRAY FortiGrow every day. It is packed with a combination of essential nutrients such as calcium, zinc and iron to support normal growth and a healthy immune system to get school-age children physically and mentally ready for school.

Get enough sleep

  • Primary school-age children require between 9 – 11 hours of sleep in order to receive the necessary health benefits.
  • Monitor your children’s sleep patterns. This can range from enforcing a strict “no toys/cellphone” sleep schedule to introducing a calmer bedtime routine that includes a bath then a bedtime story.

  • School-going children should get at least get 1 hour or more of moderate physical activity daily.
