“It was an exciting time to see learners and teachers coming together to enjoy and learn more about the rich heritage of their cultures,” she said.

Heritage Day celebrations was a colourful day at Trinityhouse Glenvista and everyone celebrated their rich diversity and culture to the school.

Teachers and learners showcased their cultural outfits and shared their heritage and what they love about their culture. 

Head of marketing and admission Masetshaba Motsepe said this was to bring all learners and their teachers together and learn how other cultures are practised. 

“It was an exciting time to see learners and teachers coming together to enjoy and learn more about the rich heritage of their cultures,” she said. 

On the same day, Trinityhouse had a fashion show which they called Trashionshow with the Grade Sixes, who had to make an outfit from trash for their life orientation project.
