Find the perfect book on Constitution Hill at the SA Book Fair

The SA Book Fair will be held in September on Constitutional Hill.

The 2019 edition of the South African Book Fair will take place from September 6 to 8 in its new home on Constitution Hill in Johannesburg.

Primarily located in the Women’s Jail and spilling into the broader precinct, Constitution Hill provides a powerful context for the fair’s mission to locate books and reading in the everyday lives of South Africans.

South Africa’s most inclusive and diverse fair features a carefully curated literary and activations programme designed to facilitate lively and topical discussions around #OURSTORIES.

The fair also includes a dynamic marketplace and vibrant family zone, making it an unmissable event for the whole family as well as book lovers, engaged citizens and the publishing industry.

The first day is dedicated to a schools’ programme and the fair is open to the public on September 7 and 8.
