30-minute meals: Ravioli with sausage and Brussels sprouts
After a long day at work nobody feels like spending hours in the kitchen cooking.
With this 30-minute meal not only will you save time, but your family will get both a healthy and tasty meal.
You will need:
- 500g cheese ravioli.
- Two tablespoons olive oil.
- 250g Italian sausage.
- 340g Brussels sprouts.
- Salt.
- Pepper.
- Half a cup chicken stock.
- Grated Parmesan cheese.

What to do:
Cook the ravioli according to package directions.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the sausage and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, six to seven minutes.
Add the Brussels sprouts, half a teaspoon salt, and a quarter teaspoon pepper and cook, tossing, for two minutes. Add the chicken stock and bring to a simmer. Serve over the ravioli and sprinkle with cheese.
