PopUpGym brings Ultimate Summer Series to Carnival City.

The makers of the outrageously popular and spirited PopUpGym events are bringing the Ultimate Summer Series to Carnival City on November 17.

PopUpGym events attract fun-loving, like-minded women in their droves to enjoy energetic exercise outdoors.

If you want to be part of the PopUpGym at Carnival City next month, book soon.

Tickets can be booked via Quicket.

The session starts at 8am with registration taking place beforehand.

Participants are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy the full experience of PopUpGym.

PopUpGym, powered by Adidas, is a boutique fitness movement that encourages people to train at unique outdoor (non-exercise related) venues such as at Carnival City, promoting their training and motivational mantra anywhere, anytime.

PopUpGym was founded by fitness gurus, Letshego Zulu and Khethiwe Mlangeni, who are on a mission to prove that a health and fitness lifestyle can be enjoyed anywhere, any time.

They want to show people that exercise can also be fun and enjoyable.

The event is soundtracked by silent disco headphones and comprises three 45 minute group training classes, with health and fitness conversations between each class.

The classes include Zumba, aerobics and dance fitness.
