Elsburg Juniors Football Club displayed an outstanding performance during the Easterns Local Football Association (ELFA) league game after junior divisions won their league games, on May 21.

Elsburg Juniors FC won with all four junior divisions including;
• U11 Elsburg 10 – 0 Boca FC.
• U13 Elsburg 3 – 2 Corinthians FC.
• U15 Elsburg 5 – 3 Boksburg FC.
• U17 Elsburg 4 – 3 Rovers FC.
The Elsburg Juniors FC U15 and U17 coach, Mega Ndobe, said the boys’ performance is good so far.
“It is important to continue motivating the players and to ensure that they attend practice every day because our goal is to keep them off the streets and away from crime,” said Ndobe.
He said it is great that the club has returned to its winning ways. The club still have games on hand and hope they will capitalise on those games.
“We do not know what position we are currently on at the moment as we still have games to play, however, we aim to be in the top three this season. That is what we focus on every season,” said Ndobe.
