Reader upset about alleged negligence at hospital

I support the recent protest march that took place at Vosloorus on September 17 against the high number of deaths reported at the Thelle Mogoerane Hospital.

We are sick and tired of burying loved ones every weekend because of poor management that runs the hospital. The service provided at the hospital – from the cleaning staff to the nurses and some of the doctors – leave much to be desired.

I am calling on all fellow Vosloorus residents to come together to shut down this “slaghuis” called Thelle Mogoerane Hospital. To make matters worse, five new-born babies have died at the same hospital due to nothing but negligence.
