Zandi Sithole: “I drink a lot of water to stay hydrated. I eat a lot of greens. It’s the perfect season for salads and I jog every once in a while.”
Charlene Wright: “I am walking every day, though it’s not really by choice. I must admit that it can help me lose the extra kilos I have retained on my hips.”
Kamogelo Sixishe: “I have started going to the gym. I’m focusing on my workout routines. I’m not as strict with my diet, however, I limit myself from eating fatty foods.”
Albert Sithole: “I do not exercise and if I’m being quite honest, I don’t really eat ‘healthy’ food. I suppose I do eat my greens as every African plate has those.”
Annelize Botha: “Water is still the best substance to balance my diet. I am currently eating a lot of healthy foods and I honestly still eat junk every now and then.”
Mduduzi Nonyane: “I am trying to eat healthy and I’ve started working out. I eat a lot of vegetables, a high protein and carbs intake too, and it all balances out.”
