These photographs were captured during the 30th Freedom Day anniversary at De Bruyn Primary School, Moshoeshoe Section, Katlehong, on April 27.
Freedom Day commemorates the first post-apartheid elections held on April 27, 1994, and the day the new constitution was introduced.
The community gathered early to enjoy a day of activities. They started with aerobics, followed by an electrifying performance by the Moshoeshoe dancers and the De Bruyn Primary School drum majorettes.
After the main programme, the children participated in a soccer and netball tournament.
