Over 327 suspects were arrested during an integrated Operation Okae Molao led by Sithole at Vosloorus, on April 28.

More police operations are imminent to address the crime challenges at the Vosloorus informal settlement.

This is according to the Ekurhuleni district commissioner Major General Anna Sithole while addressing the media.

This comes after 327 suspects were arrested during Operation Okae Molao, which was led by Sithole on April 28.

Police conducted stop and searches during the roadblock held a Bierman Road near Voslorus SAPS, while other teams conducted simultaneous operations enforcing the law about liquor and drugs.

Sithole shared that the district has noticed crime hikes in Vosloorus mainly during the weekends between 08:00 and midnight.
