Planned maintenance to affect customer service platforms
The maintenance will take place on Saturday.
The City of Ekurhuleni’s customer service servers feeding Siyakhokha and other incident management platforms will be offline on June 17 from 20:00 until 21:00 because of maintenance work.
The maintenance is done to ensure that the city’s servers provide better performance.
The following services will be offline during this period:
• All Siyakhokha services
• Billing and meter readings on the My COE App
• WhatsApp Bot Meter Readings
• Logging of incidents on My COE App.
