All administrative offices, libraries, selected rates halls and pay-points will be closed from 13:00 on December 24 and will reopen on January 3.
However, emergency and essential services, such as refuse collection, electricity and water services, will not be affected by the recess.
Residents are advised to utilise the following numbers:

• Municipal Services Call Centre – 0860 543 000
• To unblock a prepaid meter – send proof of payment – 067 628 8409 (WhatsApp)
Residents are also reminded to pay their municipal accounts on time and utilise facilities such as the online rates payment platform, Siyakhokha.
