Floc celebrates Mandela Day and 18-year anniversary

Fountain of Love Orphanage Centre (Floc) simultaneously celebrated 18 years of existence and the delayed Mandela Day event.

The hardships brought on by Covid-19 did not prevent Fountain of Love Orphanage Centre (Floc) from celebrating its special day with community members.
