Police arrested two male suspects for the use and possession of drugs along Jacob Street, Heidelberg, on May 23.
While conducting visible policing, Crime-Prevention Team members, WO Lukas Wolmarans, Sgt Vusumuzi Zondo and Const Pierre Lewis, spotted the suspects walking.

According to Heidelberg SAPS media liaison officer Capt Thivhulawi Tshilate, police conducted body searches and found nyaope in their possession. They were immediately arrested.
The suspects will appear in the Heidelberg Magistrate’s Court soon.
