In Cleveland, Ohio in June 2018, in a parking lot of Lady Luck Lounge, Issac Carson had been sitting in his vehicle when an SUV pulled into the lot next to him, carrying the suspects involved in his murder. Surveillance footage taken in the parking lot had shown the suspect getting into the back of Carson’s van shortly followed by another. The van began rocking and mere moments later, both suspects exited the van, got back into their own vehicle, and drove away, leaving Carson’s body lying on the ground. The medical examiner who had conducted the autopsy on Carson’s body had confirmed that he had died from two gunshots to the back although, only one of these shots had been life threatening. The bullet had penetrated both Carson’s lungs, his liver, his heart and subsequently his aorta, which caused a substantial amount of internal bleeding, which had led to his death. Officials had been unable to identify the suspects or the vehicle that they had used in the surveillance footage however, one of the two suspects was identified from his DNA which had been found both on Carson’s Van, as well as zip ties which were found in the vehicle. The DNA from several people were found on the van, but as of yet, this had been inconclusive in delivering the second subject in the murder. Ward is currently the one who is standing trial for the murder on Issac Carson.
